Rachel and Avi had an intimate San Diego elopement at Windansea Beach. They were both so sweet and laid back the entire day and it made it so relaxing and beautiful! We had to reschedule once because their dear friend, who was the officiant, got covid. Windansea Beach is absolutely stunning and one of the prettiest spots for an elopement in San Deigo. It’s a stretch of coastline just south of La Jolla with rock formations and tide pools.
These two took my advice for their elopement and had their ceremony early in the morning! San Diego has gorgeous beaches, so they naturally get pretty busy as the day goes by. We planned their elopement ceremony to be at 8am and it was perfect. There was no one around and they had such an intimate, private ceremony on the beach! I highly recommend an early morning ceremony because you will have the beach all to yourself with no distractions.
Rachel and Avi’s wedding was the only wedding that made me cry in 2022. After they were pronounced husband and wife they were both hugging and crying. Their son saw that they were crying and ran up and hugged them both. I instantly started crying too. We were all crying. It was such an emotional and beautiful moment to witness!
“We had a soulful connection as soon as we met. From there, things moved quickly and every transition has felt totally natural. We are best friends and having a family has really deepened our bond to one another.”
